Investor Compass 1.0 and 2.0 differences

New URL to access IC2	The URL's will change from having a .tech domain to .io but the rest of your URL will remain the same. We will contact all our clients individually to provide the new URL. We recommend to update bookmarks once this has been provided.
4 Assessments	All of our clients will now have access to our 4 assessments:  - Financial Personality - Knowledge & Experience - Risk Capacity - Sustainable investing
UI changes	Easier navigability for advisers
PDF	The "get PDF" option won't be available when starting a questionnaire. This is not a definitive change, we are improving this feature and will be added later this year. If you need a blank questionnaire, please raise a support ticket.
New Clients table	Client's profile and information will now be accessible all in one page as we won't have a separate responses section.
Client links	Client links won't work after migration. We will give you a 2 week notice before your migration date.
View History	Clients will be able to access their previous responses when they finish the questionnaire. A list with their responses will appear for them. This is only available through PDF
FPA has additional questions	Advisers have additional aspects of financial personality to consider
Non investible assets report	The date shown for this part will be the date of the migration. on IC1 will show the date when it was created. This has no impact in the client's final score.
Split assets	We don't split assets as accessible and inaccessible anymore. We just show them holistically.
Risk capacity	There will be a change on how we show low risk capacity. This will now be shown as zero to negative
Risk capacity chart	Risk capacity chart appearance has changed on the adviser view.
Affordability	Affordability results will not be showing anymore on the Financial Circumstances and Goals section. This is due to feedback of users not finding it very useful.
Net wealth	We do not show net wealth on the balance sheet for Financial Circumstances and Goals.
K&E and Financial Circumstances have changed questions	There have been some changes on the structure of the questions in this section. This doesn't make your previous responses invalid.
Composure	We used to have 4 questions we now have consolidate them in 3 questions. There is a very small chance for this scale to be different if the 4th question was widely different to the other.
New sustainable investing assessment	The scale daunted has changed to impact apprehension. This is the same scale.
Suitable risk level	This concept will be new for clients who are not using Financial Circumstances and Goals on Investor Compass 1.0
7 suitable risk levels	There is now 2 red flags that are intended to highlight those clients with very low risk who should stay away from investing and very high for clients who can take unusual high risks. There might be people seeing the change from low to very low and from high to very high.
Portfolio risk calculator	Clients now have additional functionality to build portfolios and risk rate them, including selecting mapped investments
No mapped investment section	This will now be showing on Portfolio risk calculator. The value will have to be added to get the risk estimate
Recommendations	You may see different recommendations from one report to another and this is because we are using different behavioural scales.
Log in activity	The last log in date on Investor Compass 1.0 won't be migrated to Investor Compass 2.0. We will only show activity from IC2.
Import and Export	Import and Export is only available for company admin users through the settings page
Customs fonts	This wont be available on IC2
