This guide is intended for adviser and assistant users. This is a very detailed explanation of every part of the site that you, as an adviser, have access to. Please be advised that assistants will only have access to those clients who are assigned to the adviser/advisers linked to them. Additionally, assistants needs to be linked to at least 1 adviser to be able to create clients. For more information on How to link an adviser to an assistant, click here.
Landing Page
When you log in, you will land on your Dashboard. In here you can see the latest Activities board

Clients activity log: Here you see what your clients have been doing on the last few days. You can perform the following actions:
- View Client: If you click on VIEW CLIENT you will be directed to the client's adviser report.
- Dismiss All: On this activity board you can also click on DISMISS ALL to clear it out
Clients table
Below the activities, you will then see another table containing those clients who have been updated lately. If you click on any of them you will then see a menu appear with the options of EDIT RESPONSE, VIEW CLIENT and EDIT DETAILS. You can access all your client by the top menu>Clients.
Your Account
This is the section where you can find your personal information and also were you can customize the site. There are 4 subsections here:

Settings: This section is divided in 6 parts:
- Your Details: In this section, you can edit your details and change your password if necessary. You can also choose which language you want to use the system in. We only have Arabic and English available at the moment.
- Cookies: Here is where you can agree or disagree to our cookies.

Email Notifications: You can choose to receive an email to alert you when a client's questionnaire has been completed. If you are an adviser user, you will receive these notifications when your clients complete questionnaires themselves, or when assistant users quick fill questionnaires on a client's behalf. If you are an assistant user, you can receive email notifications about some or all of your advisers' clients. Note that your company admin might have set a default email notification setting for your company. Any change you make to your own settings will override that default. There are three options for email notifications:
- "Don't send email notifications" is the option if you don't want to receive email notifications, and instead prefer to log in to the system to check new activity.
- "Send an email after each update" means you will get an email each time a client completes a questionnaire, more or less immediately.
- "Send one digest for all the day's activity" means you will get a single email each day, at a time you specify, that shows you all of the questionnaires completed in the past 24 hours.If you are an adviser with assistants assigned to you, you can edit whether and how assistants receive notifications about your clients. Simply toggle the notifications on or off for each assistant, then follow step 4 again.
- Contact us: If you ever need to contact our support team simply refer to this section which will redirect you to the support ticket form.

Reports
You have 3 types of reports. Adviser report, Detailed PDF and Summary PDF.
Adviser report: You can access this by clicking on a client on the clients table>View client.
Detailed PDF : This will be the exact same report as the above one, just in a different file type.
Summary PDF: This report doesn't include the projections chart nor the comments sections.

Please note that once a response has been marked as APPROVED, the response cannot be edited and this is irreversible.
