This article is intended for admins who are looking to create new users. To learn more about users and their permissions, read the user permissions article.
There are 2 options for creating new users:
Creating a new user
- In order to create a new “User” click on USERS tab.
- You’ll be able to see the different types of Users in the dropdown. Click on the type of user you are looking to create.
- To create a “User” click on ”Create Adviser/Assistant/Admin” Button.
- You can also import Users in bulk by pressing “Import”

Automatically inviting all users
When creating a new user, there is the option to import users by bulk by pressing IMPORT as per above image and then uploading the CSV file. Next, select the tick box to invite/email all users as soon as the upload is finished.
Manually inviting users
Alternatively, you can manually invite users. To trigger the emails manually, go to the user table, click a user, then "Send Invitation". This can only be done by admin users.
